TYPO3 11: RestrictModulesHook not working with startModule

The hook RestrictModulesHook restrict backend user to a minimal set of functionality in case the password is expired.

If the user has a start modul in his user configuration (field uc), this restriction leads to an exception after login.

Backenduserauthentication_exception

The reason for this exception is a check if the user is allowed to access the module stored as startModule.
