[TASK] Add Resources/Public/Icons/Extension.svg

Tomas Norre Mikkelsen requested to merge tomasnorre/be_secure_pw:extension-icon into master

The Resources/Public/Icons/Extension.svg is missing, therefore there is no icon listed in the extension manager in the TYPO3 Backend, and the extension-key is listed twice.

It's not a big thing, but going through our extension atm and saw it was missing here too.
