[TASK] Automated code updates with Rector

Peter requested to merge Kraume/tcabuilder:rector into main

I've updated Rector to the latest version and run it for compatibility with TYPO3 v11 and PHP 8.1.

The change of the LLL label is not compatible with TYPO3 8.7.
